Creating Magento Webshop

Hello,
I got a webshop now through a Wordpress-theme on [login to view URL] and I want somewhat the same design with just some minor changes in the checkout, in a Magento-template. I want a design almost like this one, just in Magento.
If we provide .jpeg pictures, maybe .psd files, is it possible for some of you guys to create a standard Magento webshop?
Please also use HTML5.
