Experienced Magento extension developer required to create a custom Magento extension satisfying the following requirements: Create a custom shipping extension that calculates rates and creates shipments via UPS as follows: - Interface with the UPS API over XML using custom code (not the built in UPS functionality in Magento) - Add a new option to the shipping Methods section in the Magento admin panel to enable and configure this new shipping option - Add code to display this new option in the Shipping Methods section of the checkout process - Communicate with the UPS API via XML to get shipping rates based on the items in the cart - Communicate with the UPS API via XML to create the shipment once confirmed
