Looking for the following: A custom made application that is RSS based that has 2 parts - 1. one being a client application that is a little notification window running on clients' computer in the system tray waiting for notifications from the main server every 10 seconds 2. and the other one being the application integrated into a website that allows the admin to post stock transactions. It should also be account based (username/password needed to log in and check for new transactions, and only check for the type of transactions specified in a user's account) all in php This is an urgent project, the budget may be negotiable, and time fram e for completion once a bidder has been sleceted will likely be 2 weeks or less. A typical CMS with RSS supported project. You need an account management module, a content management module and a RSS generator page. PHP and XML is the basic technology, but optimization is a must for this project, as your server has to refresh every 10 seconds for per user. I can finish this project within 7 days if you could give me the exact requirement or let me know the structure of your database table and details of the procedure. Demo will be presented in 2 days after we have chosen each other. 200 $US to no more than 250 $US is good enough for this project. And, I can gurantee you a month long free maintainance of those scripts developed by myself(maintainance refers to non big changes to original design).
