Customize ip.Content Site Layout

This project is to customize the layout of an [login to view URL] web site. [login to view URL] is a powerful CMS system that is an add-on for Invision Powerboard. More information about it can be found here: [login to view URL] This site is for a World of Warcraft guild. This project will require you to: 1). Make the [login to view URL] system inherit the skin from my [login to view URL] 2). Customize the layout of the front page. I will give you more detail about how this should look, but basically I want news articles to appear in the middle of the page, and I want several content boxes to appear on the sides of the news articles. I also need you to create a couple of "blank" content pages (I will fill in the content myself, but I need something to be able to edit that fits the theme). 3). Help me implement an application system for the guild. This should be a questionnaire that the user fills out and is then either posted into the forum or emailed to me. This could be done directly with [login to view URL] (it has the ability to create custom databases and fields) or it could be done with open source questionnaire software.
