Customize Open Code Project

I have found some excellent software for dental offices in the US that is open code. I need to have it customized for use here in Switzerland. It is coded in C#, and is very detailed. If you are interested in the project, I can send you the link for the complete program. I will have small changes that I need done, and will probably do these one or two at a time. So this will be a somewhat ongoing project. To begin with, I need a way to import procedure codes into the database. They use MySql, and I am not very familiar with this. There is a way to make the changes in the program, but you have to do it one at a time, and there are about 100 that I need to enter into the database. And also right now, I need to reprogram the statement so that I can use a formatted form for billing.

Later on I will need a way to modify languages. I need English, German, and French, but again this has to be done one at a time in the translations. Got a better way? The Installer needs to have language features addes so that a user can choose which languages to install. This will speed up installation and will keep the database size to a minimum.

And as I learn more about the program, I will need different modules adjusted for my use, so this will indeed be ongoing.

I plan to send the code to the manager of the open code, so that the modifications can be provided to everyone. This will be my contribution to the originator.

Attached is the procedure codes that were exported from the program. So I will need a way to makes the changes and import back....

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
