DNN portal development

We want to take a project from zero to live which will include: * DNN setup on a? 3rd party? hosted environment (1&[login to view URL]) * 5 websites being managed from a master DNN inteface * Each website will have google adwords, banners, variable content and an area for a typed in HTML code * Would like each of 5 websites have a different skin * Would like each one of the sites to have different logins, separate from master * Each container with separate permissions * Pre loaded library of many containers and skins * Latest version of DNN (4.x?) All we have today is a subscription to 1&1 microsoft server, a domain name and a budget for hundreds of more unique? websites.
