A Website Design and Development for Mobile Technologies Company (CMS and Flash )

We are a company functioning in mobile contactless payments and advertising sector. We are currently thinking of upgrading our current website with a new eye catching site that would reflect company philosophy. We are in need of dynamically changing the site content (also menu items could change) therefore we would need a CMS integration. We will definetely need flash content under the main menu items something like [[login to view URL]][1] or [[login to view URL]][2] The flash content will be designed from scratch and we will just give the key words (like mobile communication, creativity, innovation) and the designer will come up with the resulting content. Like the above websites there will be 5 or 6 items cycling continuously each linked to a different page within the site. The designer will also supply photos and pictures that are coherent with site's content. We will not be supplying any other picture than our products so the designer should not ask any pictures other than those. So if you have a portfolio of pictures to use in this kind of websites you have a better chance to be awarded for this project. We also aim to use videos that would either be upload and viewed in different pages or uploaded to youtube or such a site and viewed within our website. This videos will be used to explain products or services. We are also thinking of podcasting through the site so a module for that would be perfect. An RSS feed will also be included. We would be selling our products through website so a simple shopping cart to be integrated. Please submit samples from your work so that we can have a good view of what you achieved in the past. The choice of colors for the site will depend on our Logo, which will be shown once you are awarded for this project. Once the site development is over we are demanding a SEO study to increase the traffic to our website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform - Fully compatible with IE, Firefox and Opera, Safari - The site will be in Turkish and English so both languages should be supported. - a well known CMS like typo3 or drupal would also be accepted.
