appointment/scheduling website (including APIs, CRM, UI, UX work)

I need a clone of [login to view URL] which can work in left to right (English) and right to left (Arabic). The system will work in standalone and integrated environment and later can be linked to CRM system. Extensive API's will be required to interact with this system. This system will include system UI, UX and interface development. Please provide me with the development cycle (including proposed timeline/milestones), project execution details, framework used and hosting requirement. I want to have a complete appointment solution, not the clone of the site. While doing my research I found the site I listed to serve almost every industry. I would like to clone scheduling software along with the website with the different design and Facebook application for the same. More details will be provided to selected bidders
