Modify HTML produced by php program to dynamically hide 4 columns and add another field based on a radio button.
Add a clickable to dynamically add another detail row instead of the 10 static rows.
Code cleanup.
## Deliverables
Modify php program that produces HTML form to add the following option:
Finish: o Unfinished o Prefinished
Unfinished to be the default.
When "Unfinished" is selected, hide the "Length", "Grade", "Finish", "Construction" , and "Edge" columns. Add a text type column for "Color" to replace the "Edge" column if "Unfinished".
Change the 10 detail rows to just 1 row and add a clickable of some sort to dynamically add another row if selected.
I would also like the code to be cleaned up. This is subjective and not required.
