CLONE OF SITE IN PHP/MySQL

Our firm is now soliciting oursouced bid offers for an exact clone of " l a n d s e a r c h . c o m " with some slight variations and modifications (to be included in a .doc file upon successful awarding of job). These variations do not add any significant extra work beyond what is obvious in the site now. Howerver, the clone must include a standard "pay online with credit card" function. The cloned site must contain a fully functional admin backend, and be nearly an exact copy of [login to view URL] on the front end. The site must be coded in PHP and with a MySQL database. Our firm is looking for a long term relationship with a reputable programer or small economical firm. We have over 10 other projects to clone for this year besides our other ongoing projects.
