3 months ago I posted this and had someone start work on it. They said one month, 3 months later and after being very patient, website is not finished.
So, I need someone to finish what was started or start from scratch, whichever is easiest for you.
What we need is a music sharing website where people can login, listen, share their music via upload or directly receive it from an email attachment. Many of the features from [login to view URL] should be implemented, such as comments, search, top rated, etc... Also, we need two ways to track bad language. One way is to have the website automatically filter out bad words (word list that we create) and/or have any new comment automatically sent to an email account of an admin(s) so they can review and then select a link in the email to either approve or disapprove. Other basic features from [login to view URL] should also be included such as account status, blocking, messaging, etc... There are a couple of buttons on the main site that will be "random play" "top rated" etc... so visitors can simply click on those buttons to hear songs that have been posted. There are other pretty straightforward features as well. Certain areas will need to fold out such as comments with links like "next page" if there are many comments. Please bid realizing that there are features that needs to be included that are not listed here. Basically, it's structurally similar to Youtube but with mp3 files instead of video files. Please let me know in your bid how long you will take and whether you can finish what has been started or need to start from scratch. I would like this completed within 2-3 weeks. Communication and completion in a timely fashion is very critical. Can pay a bonus if completed on time.
