Calling card website

Hello...looking for some to design a pre-paid calling cards website. Below is a sample website: [login to view URL] Should be very simple design. Basically will have three sections: Public Secure Customer Control Panel Secure Admin Control Panel Public: 1. This area will be the main website with calling card info pulled from mysql database based on the country; 2. Shopping card Customer Control Panel 1. Password protected customer area for checkout purpose, also details of previous orders 2. Paypal payment module 3. Instant pin send via email 4. Email veritication activation 5. Customer profile info/update option Admin Control Panel: 1. Add different calling cards based on the country 2. Be able to load calling card pin numbers based on the country - calling cards within the country category. 3. Be able to look at customer orders 4. Some other features which can be discussed later. Looking for someone who has done this in the past. I have no problem purchasing an existing template with some minor modifications. Need this site done fairly quick. Thanks, Mo
