Classifieds for website

Hello If you have completed a classifieds for someone before and can show examples then please bid on this project. I have attatched a document explaining how the classifieds will look. All i require is for you to convert my psd in to html and merge with your classifieds script. If the php script doesnt match my functions which i am sure it wont be a match you will be required to make some ammendments to the code. This is PART of another website which i am asking for extra help as my current design team is behind schedule and i cannot miss this deadline. If your going to bid on this project please be aware taht you will need to be an efficient worker that tests all their work and is creative. I expect regular contact throughout.
