Comments system plus Social bookmarking

I need a comment system built for my website ([login to view URL]). It can be built from scratch or modification of an existing comment script. The system should be based in php and use mysql. Basically need the functionality of the scriptsmill comment script plus social bookmarking. I will let you set it up on my server. Features: -replicates easy for many dynamic pages -newest comments on top -ability to see a usersession and not ask for name and email just take it from session -email the poster of a comment when someone adds a comment, it should be an option when posting if they want updates -akismet spam protection -url that the name they use links to -must fit in with the site and look good. -administration panel where I can see posts on different pages note: I had a modified scriptsmill script for this but it stopped working for some reason and couldn't get connected with the database.
