Content Modification

I need the content of every product page to look like this page [login to view URL] this means the following must be done of each and every page; 1. all changes to be done via HTML mode not WYSIWYG 2. Product name (ie GR15) must be below Page Title - it must use the following INSERT PRODUCT NAME 3. if there are bullet points in the content and tags must be used as per example page. A tage must follow the closing tag - refer to example page 4. Paragraph and title spacing must be the same throughout the product pages. 1 standard spacing break after normal content - 2 spacing breaks before BLUE MAIN TEXT 5. the following need to be added to the bottom of every product page as per example page. PLEASE NOTE that LINKS must be specific to each products category.
