Convert spreadsheet to DB

The project is basically to create a PHP interface for a database of banking transactions. It just needs some basic features to help with data entry, eg dropdown selection boxes, calendar controls etc, the ability to search or sort on any column, and a summary report page. The database will be very simple, with just two tables (one table per account) and 6 or 7 fields in each table. At present the data is all on an excel spreadsheet so you should allow a couple of minutes for importing it into MySQL.
