Copy and modify a script

I want a script similar to the one found at [login to view URL], the one that says "add glitter to any photo", with the following changes: Instead of putting an url, the user can upload any photo he has on his disk. Photo will need to be certain size and KB in size, which I will be able to specify. Once uploaded, he can add the glitters to it. When he is finished, he will click on a "create glitter photo" button, and the photo must get uploaded to a public free image hosting service, so I don't have to use my bandwidth for it. Photo must be optimized to reduce any unnecessary KBs on it The photo will have a html code which the user can copy to show it on his Myspace profile. Photo will have a linkback to my site inserted in it and a small caption at the bottom like "create your glitter photo at mysite.com" Payment via Paypal. You must have MSN to communicate with me. Spammers just posting their contact info or portfolio will be ignored and reported. After bidding send me a PM and let me know that you understood what I need or ask any questions you might have.
