Craigslist & others email extractor - web based

I would like a web based email extractor that works for: craigslist, backpage, kijiji and vast, etc. Should be able to pick which one to use each time. I need to be able to specify the search terms to use for finding which posts to get the emails of. Also should have an "ignore terms" field to put negative keywords in. Should be able to save in a .csv file with the email and at least the subject of the post. Should be able to save a project and be able to reload it anytime to redo the search. Would be awesome if it kept track of previously extracted emails for the campaign so not to get dupes if ran say more than daily.
