Custom osCommerce site

We are a small fire alarms and emergency lighting company specialising in large corporate safety systems. We would like to have an online shop where we can sell products an services ranging from basic smoke detectors to service contracts. We would require a custom designed osCommerce MS2.2 based website, which looks clean and easy to browse. It would have to be designed in the company colours and have the company logo. We are looking for someone to do the site design and installation to the stage where the site is ready for customers to begin ordering and purchasing online. We have already signed up with Barclays ePDQ payment system and would look to use this as our method of online transactions. We have a very small budget in mind, so please take into the account that we are a family run business and not some multi-national corporation.
