I need someone familiar with PHP and MySQL to document my website. The site includes around 1200 files. I need the documentation in Microsoft Word and PDF. The documentation needs to include groups, classes, functions, and a general explanation of how the site functions as a whole. I don't care how it is organized as long as it is neat and easy to read. In the end I want a general reference file so that finding and changing things will be a little easier. If you are chosen, I will give you temporary ftp access to my host where you can view files or get them to study them further. Whatever is easiest for you.

This is a $1200 job for a professional. I believe that you need an English speaker for this one, and I'm located in the United States so I feel I am fairly well-versed in these sorts of projects. Going through 1600 PHP files and identifying the different elements of them and how they interact requires a lot of tedious, montonous work...and I feel we're ready for it.
