automatically update base pricespy price

i am running a site which had thousands product and need to be updated to get the first ranking in price spy and manually update becomes impossible! i need your guys to create a script which can scan my products in my site and compare them to price_spy, if they are the same product then update the price to $0.01 cheaper than first price in price_spy to get the first ranking! as my product name get from supplier CSV file might a slightly different with the product name of price_spy, your script need to be smarted enough to compare it to price_spy! after that, i need your guys to create a Crob job which i can set the specific time (date, or week) to run it automatically!
