buying and selling virtual shares

i need script where i can sell say 1000 unit of vertual shares.. price of these shares goes up or down based on admin settings.. members can buy or sell the share anytime.. but members will only be paid if someone else buy that share.. until then messege will ur share sale is proposed and available for other shareholders to acquire.. it will also have dividend system where admin can set dividend % and send to all share holders.. it should also have ref commission mass payout and all shares have/are a place in the banner rotation system.. members can promote their url or program by purchasing a share the project should display share up down price realtime.. and have option to add multiple stocks with names stock a stock b stock c can u make this kind of script? so contact me please serious and capable programmer only i will pay the amount after the project is finished and i see a working demo
