cs-cart modification

We need someone to modify the cs-cart e-commerce software, would prefer someone with actual cs-cart experience. Project Details: Add file upload to product options. Front End: Allow users to upload a file to the site. Backend: Allow Admin to ad "File Upload" to existing options, for product. file would need to be a link on the actual order form so Admin could download attachment, would also need the option to delete files.
