Our site is already 50% done but some functionality is missing cause previous Freelancer couldn't make it done. You have to turn XHTML to fully functional Wordpress theme. -Converting PSD / Xhtml to Wordpress
-W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict CSS markup under SEO Semantic Coding
-Using microformats
-Creating a separate print CSS stylesheet to ensure the correct display of the specified elements in the print view of the page.
-IE7 and 8, FIrefox, Safari & Google Chrome Compatibility
-You have to comment the code to make easy further editing
-Table-less Coding
-Integrating NextGEN Gallery Plugin
-Integrating XML Google Maps Wordpress Plugin on Contact page
-Integrating Search
-Change favicon
-Special attention to Load Speed optimization
