Craigslist Autoposter Software

I am looking for someone to develop autoposted software for Craigslist. The ability to post on Backpage would be a plus but not a requirement. I would like the following features but not all are necessary and some can be developed later as add-ons. 1. Ability to accommodate multiple Craigslist accounts (necessary) 2. Ability to schedule tasks 3. Ability to bypass Captcha Image Word Verification 4. Ability to redial a modem for a new IP address 5. The program should be as user friendly as possible and be able to run multiple ad campaigns. There is software that has been developed that is similar to what I am looking for and some examples include: 1. Craygo 2. EZ Ad Suite 3. Adsoncraigs CL Autoposter Most of this software is based on a Microsoft .NET platform but that's your choice.
