Customize gay website

I have pmpre3 (profiles) up and running on my site but it should be customized to my needs. There are a lot of features I would like to change and add but this is the first job : 1. Change the buttons on the User Panel to text links 2. Take out the User [login to view URL] from all pages 3. Give members the prosibility to upload 5 instead of 3 pics + 1 video (already foreseen)if possible video should be in Flash 4. The 5 pics + video should appear as clickable thumbnails on the top of the profile page and when clicked open in a new window adapting to the size of the uploaded picture and so should the video of course. If no pics or video is uploaded nothing should appear on the profile page. 5. Some cleaning up of certain pages (take out words like gender, last name where they appear) As said this is the first job, many more to come so looking for someone/Cie who would stay with me until the complete site is to my liking.
