Create 1 Dreamweaver Template Based On A WordPress Theme (wedding related)

I'm looking for a highly reliable coder with good graphic design skill to recreate a dreamweaver template from a wordpress theme at http://www[dot]wpthemesfree[dot]com/[login to view URL] In this process, you will download the theme and do the necessary modification so that I can use it as a dreamweaver template for new static HTML websites Here are the requirements for this project 1) You must create the template as a dreamweaver template (.dwt) 2) The dreamweaver template must be clean in the code and must not be cluttered 3) An external stylesheet (.css) is a must 4) No javascript code to be used to create menus 5) The dreamweaver template must be similar in terms of design, layout, text styles, formatting with the above theme whether I'm previewing in browser or opening in the dreamweaver application 6) All corresponding graphics must be in the sub folder called "images" 7) The dreamweaver template created must be W3C compliant and must be compatible with Dreamweaver MX ver 6.0 8) All PHP codes in the template must be removed This is an easy job.
