Board Game Artwork: Zoo Location - open to bidding

Hello! I like the work you have in your portfolio and I'm curious if you would like to work on a board game I've been developing. At the moment, I need some locations drawn up for sections of the board. I have attached the line drawing for the Hill location but I'm looking for full rendered images with this task. In this task you would be drawing an image of a Zoo. We should be able to see the entrance to the space with a title Arthursburg Zoo. Try to show what it might look like to be entering into a Zoo. However, there should be no people and no animals. It would also be good if in the foreground there was a shovel leaning against the fence with the start to a hole. Perhaps to plant some new shrubbery, however have a shiny golden nugget in the bottom of the hole. Another image, more of an alteration of the first image, is the same Zoo but now it has been taken over by swarms of giant spiders. Take the above image and make it look a bit darker and covered with spider webs and items caught in the webbing. Also try to simulate the style in the attached pictures. If you agree to take on the project I will send you some more images so you can better get a feel for the world. The dimensions of the images need to be: 4000 x 2800 pixils If this goes well there is more work as well. Both attached images are copyrighted by me. Included in the budget is a little bit of back and forth. I would like you to send a couple quick sketches for me to approve. Once those are approved go ahead with cleaned up line work. And then go to final render. After each stage is past there will be less and less back and forth. I would imagine something like 4 edits to the thumbnail sketch phase. Two minor edits to the cleaned up line work phase. Then maybe a slight adjustment to coloring/lighting in the final phase.
