Add rates feature on profile pics on website & blur faces in 20 pics

I also want you to blur the faces of the following attached pics to the point where you can not see thier facial features. I have 20 pics ill attach in PM to winning bidder! just blur faces to effect that after you can not recognise girls facial features under blur.
