After Effects needs for a powerpoint presentation

I have something that I need urgently doing. I have one powerpoint presetation that I would like to embed an after effects with animation. I'm attaching the powerpoint slide that I need to sort out. I wanted the following to happen an example is something like this.. [login to view URL] However something a bit more basic is fine, however it would need to have the data that is on the slide. I have about 10-12 hours to delivery this, so the first person that can come back with I can do it and show me some examples is probably going to get the job!
