Bitmap tracing and re-sizing in Inkscape

I need someone to trace bitmap images (that I will provide) and resize them in Inkscape. I have 46 images and a PDF file with 13 easy to follow instructions complete with screenshots. The entire process should take about an hour. Experience with Inkscape is a plus, but not a requirement.
