Converting PS Actions for PSE 8, 9 & 10.

I need someone to convert two of my action collections to work with PSE 8, 9 & 10. I have been asking for help for MONTHS with no help. I was able to make my two sets compatible with PSE 11. I have googled and googled and I know it can be done, I just don't understand HOW to do it nor do I have the time. I am a Graphic Designer and Photographer and offer tools to other Photographers. Whilst I don't have to do this, there is a great demand for it so I'd like to see if it can be [login to view URL] set contains about 30 actions. I have a third collection in the making now, but it isn't ready yet.
