Hello , i have more than 6 years experience in the plastic parts design industry and plastic mold design , i can design the plastic parts using NX, Solidworks , Autodesk inventor providing all assembly drawing , i can design the required molds using NX moldwizard or Imold software considering all plastic parts design considerations (wall thickness , ribs, fillets and radii , shrinkage factors ....etc) if you provide more information regarding the polymer material and injection machine i can simulate the injection process regarding mold filling , packing , cooling and warpage using moldflow or moldex3D to ensure the sounds of the molds

Dear Sir or Madam, I saw this purely by chance. Don't choose me. I just want to give you some opinions. FYI I am in Shenzhen China. More than 50% of cell phone and most of accessories in the world was manufactured at Shenzhen area. I had been in electronics manufacturing industry for many years(not phone), I also have friends in cell phone and accessories companies. The cost you get from manufacturers should be reasonable, for investment of the mold. That's even not enough for special design, or high end products. I don't think people can build a "mold" with several hundreds dollars. Just for you reference. Wish you good luck. William
