Cloth Filter on Every Tap

I am looking for a filter that can be tied on any type of tap. The cloth material will be cotton only. The design should be elegant so that it's easily acceptable.
The ones currently available in the market looks very clumsy. So i am looking for a design which is not too elongated and hence can be elegant.
Must: This filter must be easily changeable,
It can be an addon to the tap or look like an extension of the tap itself,
One standard design for all any type of tap,
Cloth material - Cotton only
It Must be able to handle the force of the water
Flexible on: Material (whether elastic, metal, elastic, etc) used for tying to the tap. In my view elastic will not be able to sustain higher water force.
