Hi,

We're looking to create rough artwork files to send to our product manufacturer based off the classic Yupoong Snapback model 6089M and 5089M ([url removed, login to view])

You can check this image for your reference, the different representations of the hat on the right are the kind of design we need : [url removed, login to view]

Since this is an artwork and not a technical sheet, sizes don't really matter, but color/PMS code should be visible somewhere. While size isn't a big deal, the artwork should still be loyal to an actual real-sized cap. The width of the brim is about 18cm, but it's hard to give any other dimensions, the height is about 15.5cm. Our manufacturer should be able to figure out the correct dimensions.

We need three 2D-Views for each model : Front, Top and Bottom.

Use the Navy 19-4025 PMS color code.

Represent the cap laid flat viewed from the front.

We will see a slight difference in the top-button that ties all panels together above the cap because our model will use a pentagonal button instead of a round button. Maybe just a line so that we know it's not round.

On the 5-panel model, that's about the only difference we will see compared to a standard cap. However on the 6-panel, we will see that the breathing holes (small holes centered on each panel around the top) are star-shaped instead of just circular.

Top View : [url removed, login to view]

Represent the cap laid flat viewed from above.

This view will help to better see the pentagonal top-button and the star-shaped breathing holes.

Bottom View : [url removed, login to view]

Represent the cap laid flat viewed from below.

This view allows to specify some variations for the flip side of the brim (most Yupoong hats feature the classic green visor for example).

You have to specify that the brim will use the same color as the hat.

There's a line of material that's used to stitch each panel together and is visible inside the caps. Here's a picture for your reference : [url removed, login to view]

Instead of "Damn son, where'd you find this?" however it would be our logo with "Different & Together"

Finally, the metallic pin that is tied with the top pentagonal button will be punched with our logo instead of the three Yupoong lines.

If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask and I'll do my best to answer.

If you're still not too sure what kind of design we need, check out this type of design : [url removed, login to view]

Good luck to the bidders!
