Advice on cloud document storage solution

We need advise for a solution whereby scanned documents (PDF format) can be stored on a large cloud providers platform. We scan documents to PDF format (B&W + Colour) and run them through an OCR. The text output is saved in a non-structured text field. The PDF document is also stored as part of the record. We would like to host the PDF documents on a cloud providers platform AND be able to search the documents from the text saved via the OCR process. The document search and render process would be through a web based interface similar to : <[login to view URL]> We need advise on: -Who we could use in terms of cloud provider - the database & methods that the documents can be uploaded to the cloud provider - methods / options of allowing the documents to be searched using the cloud providers database tools
