Buyer requires assistance on a project that will modify an existing C# web application by adding a payroll maintenance capability that stores, edits and maintains historical record of one or more individual pay rates for the various services they provide to external clients. Each employee can provide one or more services to clients. For each service they provide, they will have an established pay rate for that service. All payable services for an employee will have a date range that covers the period that those rates are effective. From a tree view or list with expand/collapse capability, your deliverable needs to list employees alphabetically with subordinate menu items for each pay rate period and have the ability to add a new pay rate period and edit existing ones. For each pay rate period, your deliverable should allow individual service rates to be viewed, added, updated and deleted. Each pay rate period should also maintain mileage and phone reimbursement information for the period. Lastly, a second screen needs to be developed to maintain the master list of services that can be provided. This data will include a service(name), a service code(id), start/end dates and an indicator specifying whether the service is active or inactive. This could be accomplished with a gridview with the ability to edit an individual row in the gridview.
