Certified Project Manager required to write two reports a week for 8 weeks

_**Certified**_ Project Manager required to write two reports a week for 8 weeks Both reports will be of highest quality, technically and linguistically perfect, and approximately 750-1000 words each, **with a minimum of three** scholarly citations each, plus around 1 hour a week MS Project work. Hourly rates please. I expect you to be able to commit around 12 hours a week.
