Why do input the invoices manually onto the excel sheet? It would be mush faster, accurate and error-free to use a program (a VBA macro from inside Excel) to import them. Do you have the invoices in any file format, eg. PDF or Word doc? If so, please send me one or more sample files, and I will write the appropriate code to import all the invoices in a very few hours.
A few words about me: I'm developing VBA programs for more than 15 years and I'm a trainer for Excel and VBA for 12+ years. As you can guess, I have created a plethora of macros of any kind...
