Experienced IT professional, handled end-end post sales account mgmt (Virtualization, Cloud, Mobility, Networking products), led a team of Tech Rel Managers responsible for service SLAs, deliverables, TRM business/accounts in India, rolled out India arm of global accounts from US, EMEA. Buillding working relationships with cross functional teams within the Org for service delivery, alignment with Sales Org, managing business relationships with large Enterprise customers effectively handling Mgmt escalations were some of the responsibilities handled. Instrumental in conceptualizing, customizing global offerings into a Lite TRM program, Trial TRM suited for India Sales’ needs, related offerings like Environment healthchecks, Audit to streamline pertinent deployment issues effectively programmatizing it incl pricing, legal etc. Apart from project planning & estimation, good experience in Program, People management, Service delivery, targeted recruitment, training, scale up ops, customizing solns, offering value to stake holders. At the moment on a personal break, enrolled for PgMP certification from PMI.
