Seeking an information analyst to quickly perform the needed research and update the attached excel spreadsheet. The information must detail individual U.S. state statute requirements for insurance claims adjuster. There is an excel spreadsheet for capturing results but I don't see a way to attach it. We'll have to figure that out later. If available the project is seeking to estimate the number of licensed adjusters per state. Also, for this research it's important to specifically identify 1) whether individual state requirements preclude their claims adjusters from engaging in any (LEGAL OF COURSE) non-insurance related activity for additional pay, and 2) whether the term "adjuster" is officially defined. If there are any specific noted restrictions, please paste them into the appropriate column in the document.
