Scenario A plot of land is available next to the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. (see site location plan). The surrounding area has involved the provision of mixed use office and retail facilities, infrastructure and housing, in addition to the stadium. The next stage of the development is to be a housing development in the area shaded to the South East of the stadium. Task 1 (LO1) Consider the risks associated with this project, and explain how the construction manager should deal with these for the successful completion of the project. Produce a risk register for the project and include it as Appendix 1 Task 2 (LO1/2) For this project define the stakeholders, and analyse and explain how their values vary in terms of the management of Time, Cost, Quality and Safety in judging project success. Produce a stakeholder analysis for the project and include it as Appendix 2 Task 3 (LO1/3) For this project choose three issues which are currently affecting the construction industry. Explain both how they could affect the project, and how the construction manager should deal with them N.B.
