a simple google app engine based dinamic site for school

the site needs to be programmed in python, while using html and css. the main idea is application rating : a user logs in by his gmail user, and chooses an application from a list. after he chooses the application, he can rate it in several different catagories, and after submitting the ratings he should see the average ratings the specific application got. in addition, there should be a table showing all the ratings for all the applications showed before the sign in. the applications list should be entered by an admin user. the site is a pretty small project for school. the minimum requirements are : 1. using google data store to store the data 2. using google login 3. at least 1 form containing at least 2 buttons 4. using both "get" and "post" methods
