I'm casually python developer and this is first time I use GAE. I, myself, have setup GoogleAppEngineLauncher on my Macbook Air and have no problem about it. But my team, using Windows8, cannot deal with it. So I need help on this, to setup everything (maybe you need to install python and all things again) This could be done via TeamViewer.
