Django Social Network with API like Open Social

You task is to rebuild our Django based social network which is a very structured Django code but not well documented so that it includes an API like facebook or open social. Currently we have 260,000 registered members already so what you do is not irrelevant and you will get feedback from our users. The social network we ahve now is nothing special just the standard functionalities: 1. Registration 2. Member Profile (edit, account settings, detailed profile) 3. Invite other members 4. Message, notifications, virtual kiss 5. Groups Groups should be an external application that is using the an API build for the core of the network. This is like facebook. We have very very detailed specs which you will get but we do not want to give them out to anybody. Hope you understand. If you are very experienced, and have at least 40 hours a week available (is not only work after day time job) then you can bid.
