Design and engineer a 2 storey villa to either Australian building standards or to Indonesian building standards, engineering and construction drawings must be as detailed as Australian engineering and construction drawings currently produced for residential buildings. (see dropbox examples) Villa outside appearance must have a Balinese design, this requirement is a must otherwise building drawings will not be accepted by Bali`s building approval [login to view URL] engineering calculations will be verified by a third party structural engineer prior to full payment. Attached is a project brief but it is not intended to be exhaustive, it is a guide only, further information is available in a dropbox account, access will be given upon notice of interest.. This project will require some research if the bidders reside outside of Indonesia or Australian, but for all interested parties, if you are unable to complete the works please do not bid, or if you have the expertise please remember that your bid will be agreed price if selected.
