Concept for Retail Sunglass Shop/Kiosk/Showcase

I am looking for a designer to create a concept for a retail sunglasses only shop/kiosk/showcase. This is a concept only, and does not need detailed specs. We have a business plan with a retail sunglass concept, and we would like to include some concept drawings along with the plan.
The shop - is a 20'x 20' retail shop. It needs to have wall displays, pay counter, mirrors, wall decor.
The kiosk - is a 15' x 15' island kiosk. It needs to have glass showcases, pay counter, mirrors, decor.
The showcase - is a glass showcase stand, with shelves, a mirror, and some branding.
The retail concept is for Africa, so we would like for the design to be upscale but yet have a 'relaxed' island theme.
The 2 primary existing businesses to look at are:
Sunglass Hut - which has many retail shops, kiosks and showcases.
Maui Jim - which is a brand based on the theme of Hawaii. (it is not really from Hawaii)
The concept drawings need to illustrate layouts, lighted displays, posters/branding, products, person working, person shopping etc.
All 3 (shop/kiosk/showcase) have to have same theme.
I will provide the concepts brand name to the winning bidder.
We will need 3d sketches and illustrations.
