Create 3D models of eyewear from 2D CAD drawings

I have 82 frames designs that I need modelled in 3D. Each finished file should be in a .PRT format - ready to be rendered. Currently I have a .DWG file for each design (attached example of rasterized DWG file) showing front, side and top view. There are 5 parts to each frame - 2 temples, 2 hinges and 1 frame front. About 42 of the frames all have the same temples and hinges. Once that single temple and hinge has been modelled, you only have to model the front on each style. The other 40 styles, the hinges are basically the same, but the temples and fronts vary somewhat. There are no crazy designs, and all of the eyewear frames are cut out of sheet acetate - meaning, they are basically the same thickness on the front, just with face and bridge contouring.
