Hello, I was going through the details of the project and I'm really interested in designing the mini-factories. I was seeing the attached pdf of a similar project(Great North Industrial Park) that you have attached, and I feel it is great that they are managing such kind of structures. Also, as I have some experience in being a part of designing some large-scale factories in India, I would like to share with you some of my ideas, if given the opportunity. I had been a part of designing Factories for Knorr Bremse, Tractors India Ltd, Rockman, etc which make large products, and so the area for these projects too, were large. But one thing that is common for both large & small scale industries is the use of MATERIALS and TECHNOLOGY, as they are of MODULE BASIS.
