Convert completed AutoCAD Floor Plans and Elevations into Autodesk Revit Model

We are looking for a competent design to convert completed AutoCAD floor plans and elevations of residential properties into Revit Models.
The designs have been completed in AutoCAD and we need to transfer them into Revit so we can produce our detailed drawings. Currently this takes our designers 6-7 hours to complete. This project is to convert one design only however we complete 10-12 of these a Month and are looking for someone to take all of this work on. We also complete measured surveys of properties and create hand drawn floor plans that would need to be converted into Revit models.
We would need the Revit master file sent to us so that we can edit and amend
